A No-Kill Mission Built on Love

The SPCA of Volusia County is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to protecting animals from cruelty, neglect, and abandonment. Founded in 1977 in Volusia County, Florida, we've grown our network to serve animals from Florida to New York, working with partners in Georgia and North Carolina.

What makes us unique? We're 100% volunteer-run with no paid staff. Every dollar donated goes directly to animal care, rescue operations, and community programs.
